Can I return my bonsai tree if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for bonsai trees once a purchase is made. All sales are final.

How do you ensure the bonsai tree arrives in good condition?

We take great care in packaging each bonsai tree, including secure wrapping, moisture retention, and shock protection. However, once the tree leaves our nursery, its care is the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my bonsai tree arrives damaged or unhealthy?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the tree and its packaging. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Do you offer any warranties on bonsai trees?

We do not offer warranties on the health and longevity of bonsai trees after they leave our nursery. Proper care is essential for the tree’s well-being.
