By purchasing tickets or products from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Workshop Liability Waiver. Please read them carefully.

Refund and Return Policy

Event Tickets: All event tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another event or person up until 48 hours before the event start time.
Rescheduling: If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the event start time, ticket transfers are no longer valid. You can request a coupon code for 50% off a future ticket.
Late Arrivals: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible via text (727)266-6791.
Missing an Event: If you miss an event, we do not offer refunds or transfers.
Tree Purchases: All sales of bonsai trees are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. If your bonsai tree arrives damaged or unhealthy, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the tree and its packaging.

Chargebacks and Bank Disputes

Dispute Resolution: By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that all disputes regarding charges will be resolved directly with Thunderstruck Bonsai before initiating any chargeback requests.
Proof of Purchase: Keep all receipts and communications related to your purchase. This will help resolve any disputes efficiently.
Missing an Event: If you miss an event, we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the event start time, ticket transfers are no longer valid. We will offer you a discount code for 50% off a future ticket.

Intellectual Property

Workshop and Course Format: The content, format, and materials used in our workshops and courses are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, resell, or distribute any part of our workshops or courses without explicit permission from Thunderstruck Bonsai.
Ticket Resale: Tickets purchased for our events are for personal use only. Reselling tickets or using them for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks: Thunderstruck Bonsai, Bonsai & Brews®, and all related names, logos, slogans, and branding elements are the property of Thunderstruck Bonsai. Bonsai & Brews® is a registered trademark owned by Thunderstruck Bonsai. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, branding, or trade dress is strictly prohibited.

WORKSHOP SAFETY, TOOL USE & LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket or participating in this workshop, you acknowledge that this is a hands-on event involving sharp cutting tools, natural plant materials, and inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or damage, agree to follow all instructor safety rules, and release both the event organizer and the host venue from any legal claims or liability. You also grant permission for event photography and confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms for yourself or any attending minors. By purchasing event tickets and checking the required boxes you agree, “I have read and agree to the [terms] on behalf of myself and all attendees in my order.”
